 Prepare highly qualified Bachelors and Masters degree holders in the field of business administration according to modern requirements of market economy, support development of business and economy in Georgia by educating professional administrators and managers, make  contribution  in  development of country’s educational system. 

Goals and Objectives of Business administration faculty of Tbilisi Academy of Economy and Law

To prepare high qualified Bachelors and Masters in business administration field according to modern requirements and challenges of market economy;

To take part in retraining program for specialists; to support specialists, who work in business administration field, in raising the level of their qualification;

To support citizens, who work in any sector of Georgian or world economy and are connected with business administration and management problems, to become proficient in new skills (professions);

To attract highly qualified personnel in the field of business administration;

To set up (create) educational programs and materials according to international standards.

To raise steadily education quality indicators in existing program of business administration faculty;
 
To introduce (set) innovative approaches in education process, that means appliance of modern education methods and new technologies during the education process of business administration programs (Internet, disciplinary teaching);

To sophisticate existing and develop new education programs and modules in the business administration field according to situation of market economy and labor market;

To participate in the qualification programs, conferences, seminars and trainings for academic and administrative personnel;

To develop close partner relationships with business faculties of foreign leading universities, to participate in exchange programs of scientific-academy personnel;

To participate in joint projects, fulfill scientific-research works with foreign leading business and management profile schools and scientific-academy circles;

To support excellent students willing to participate in international exchange programs, seminars, scientific conferences and competitions;

To assist Academy graduates in finding jobs and employment.

During next three to four years join the club of five Georgian top ranked universities of higher education with business administration profile.  

 
Bachelor program’s goals are also to give opportunity to students: to become proficient in studding main profession’s basic courses;
 To study obligatory and elective subjects foreseen (defined) by the program;
 To become proficient in written and verbal communication habits;
 To study foreign languages;
 To perform Bachelor’s research.

 
 Program’s Results: Academically trained and qualified specialists of business management (administration) will be prepared, who will be proficient in:
 Basic theories and conceptions of economic spheres; qualified in analytical skills of important processes and problems by the use of mathematical methods; Knowledge of business administration’s modern tendencies about main directions of its development; Conformable skill-habit to fulfill professional functions (skill of communication and decision-making; own way of influence on the system and etc.); Modern tendencies of business implementation; Professional implementation of business administration’s basic functions and work out style of administration.
